Maths
Visually impressive with a high level of interactivity makes for a fun and
intuitive learning experience. The website incorporates ‘real-world’ concepts
within its structure which makes the maths much more interesting and, inevitably,
more useful. Plane as in aeroplane.

This
website uses shockwave to power the interactive games which are very well
designed and make the user think decisively. Varying levels of difficult
also give the user an added challenge. Excellent graphics compliment this
usable and effective maths learning website.

Tutor Quite a simplistic and overtly colourful website with some
useful mathematical information, focusing mainly on angles and scientific
measurements (which could be seen as leaning more towards the scientific
than mathematical). It also has an online test facility, similar to that
of an actual exam, which proves to be useful.
MathsMansion
This is a great challenge for ks2 students. Not only is it a good learning
experience, it is also an interesting and somewhat exciting story as well.
Great graphics and a simple and usable interface is an added bonus.
